Desired Profile:
Candidate preferable MBA (Graduation will do) with 2-4 years of experience in sourcing Channel Partners for selling Real Estate projects in the Central Line (preferably in Chembur, Ghatkopar, Sion).Candidate having a strong network of Channel Partners(brokers) operating in the mentioned locations who can drive client walk-ins, maintain MIS, provide full marketing support to Channel Partners, do follow-up of leads will be preferred. Will have to acquire new CPs in the allotted market and service the existing CPs to maintain relationship and drive client walk-ins.

All of the above and team handling experience. Should have managed a team of 3-4 RMs. Will have to manage 3-4 sourcing RMs, drive walk-ins from the telecalling set-up of 10-30 telecallers. Maintain and float MIS of client walk-ins, meeting of CPs, data analytics, design sourcing strategy, facilitate payouts, team training. Mandatorily must be very good with the Excel.

Candidate preferable MBA (Graduation will do) with 2-4 years of experience in independently closing client deals for in Real Estate projects in the Central Line (preferably in Chembur, Ghatkopar, Sion). Candidate having a strong network of Channel Partners(brokers) operating in the mentioned locations who can drive client walk-ins, maintain MIS. Should be aware of new launches, have market knowledge of competition in the assigned area, do follow-up of leads will be preferred. Ability to speak English, Hindi, Gujrati & Marathi will be preferred.
